	4/17 - Major check in
	1. Arrival at Conference Center Entrance 2. Rotarians enter Sleeping Beauty Ballroom to register and pick up welcome gifts 3. Rotarians walk through Sleeping Beauty Foyer area to drop off luggage (Hotel Bell Services team will provide luggage tags) 4. Rotarians proceed to Check-in Counter at Grand Staircase Foyer (12:00 - 3:00pm) 5. Front Desk obtains credit card imprint 6. Rotarians who are able to check-in early may pick up their luggage and go to their rooms 7. Rotarians who are unable to check-in early may mingle around at the Hotel until Meeting starts at 2:00pm 8. Plenary Session (2:00 - 5:00pm) / Group Photo at Mickey Maze (5:00 onwards) 9. Rotarians return to Grand Staircase to pick up the keys and luggage at 5:15 onwards after Group Photo Session

	4/18 - Express check out
	1. Late check-out will be at 1:30 pm latest with NO additional charge. After 1:30 pm half day charge will apply. 2. Rotarians have to clear their luggage before 1:30pm. 3. Rotarians may drop off their luggage at Sleeping Beauty Foyer (same area as when check-in) 4. Note: Foundation Lunch at 12:40 - 2:10 pm at Dreamers Garden 5. Plenary Session continues 6. Rotarians pick up their luggage after meeting ends at around 5:00pm 7. Rotarians scatter departure
